We offer the following shipping options via Royal Mail:

• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Express Delivery: Faster shipping option with delivery times shown at checkout.

Please consider weekends, UK public holidays, and bank holidays when estimating delivery times.

• Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can liaise with Royal Mail.
• Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or send out a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you change your mind before your order is shipped, please notify us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
