Yes, we offer our lovely gift packaging and the option to include a personalised message. You can select these options at checkout. We can also ship directly to your loved ones address! We, of course, won’t leave any prices in the package.

We process orders in 1-2 days. Royal Mail standard delivery is £3.50 and takes around 3-4 working days (depending on holidays). 1st class delivery is available at checkout. Local to Leicester? Message us on Instagram (@upupandgrow) before ordering to arrange collection and remove delivery fees. Tracking numbers will be provided after shipping!

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene safety. Please refer to our full returns policy for further details.
